I've lost count of the number of years I've administered our league, and I promise to do better than last year when I stopped caring after a few weeks because I had to get a job (lame!). As always, if you're already up and running and you played last year, then you're automatically included for this season--hooray! If you're new, or need to reactivate your account for this season, you can do so at fantasy.premierleague.com. Once you've registered/reactivated, you can join our league, YA Fantasyland, by entering the following code: 1078347-259938 I'll periodically bump this thread over the next few days so we get as many interested people involved as possible. A final word of advice: select as many Reading players as possible. Surefire. Success.
I am in. Btw I wonder if anyone has used fantasy league to predict outcome of players in any sort of sports study....
Thanks, FA! This league is always a pleasure to compete in. Picked up the Reading keeper, btw. That Shorey acquisition really killed any move for Harte and his set pieces...
That's quite odd--let me know via PM if you don't receive the email in a bit, and I'll try sending you an invite directly. Perhaps that will work.
Perhaps we can also dedicate a thread title in honor of the winner. For example: "Fanatical Monk: EPL Fantasy Champion Virtuoso of 2012-2013". (No pressure, FM...)
Helpful bump for those who may not have seen this yet: we've got less than 48 hours now until the season officially starts, so sign up and choose your team for this season!
Looks like, I need to pull my my most expensive player, Dempsey. This isn't going to be pretty for FC Quaker Hooligans, but to be very clear, my fans are, by far, the most violent!
Just to add on, for an FYI, if you pick all the yanks, it is alot of work to just make sure that any of them are even starting
I had Song, who got sold, Aguero go out in like 5mins, and Enrique who was also hurt. Oh, and chose Rob Green to tend net. He had a banner day between the pipes. Basically I only played half a team. To top it off, Song lost value somewhere in his sale, so I couldn't replace him with the guy I wanted.
