    The regional sender (NDR, MDR, etc) normally only stream the third divsion matches of clubs that are in their respective regions.

    Stuttgarter Kickers lost the first game 1-2 against Hansa Rostock, btw.

    Kickers are 14th in the league after 5 games; record: 1W,2L,2D. They just beat VfB Stuttgart Reserves 4-1, in which Fennell scored a goal. That must have been something.

    His ratings from Kicker are (in chronological order): 4.0, 3.0, 3.0, 3.5, 2.5; for an average of 3.2

    Is this on a 0-5 scale where 5 is the best score?

    I believe it is 1-5 where 1 is the highest. Someone will obviously correct me if I am wrong.

    Your partially correct. Its 1-6 where 1 IS the highest. From what i gather a 3 is a solid score.

    Very similar to school grades.
    1=A
    2=B
    3=C
    4=D
    5 and 6 = two different levels of failure

    So is the bicycle kick the new Yank signature goal? This make the 3rd in the new season! :D

    BTW, I love how his name just rolls off the tongue of the German commentator!

    "He did that not only Brazilian, but also 'Kingly'"

    Königlich (Kingly) in German = royal.

    Bad news for Fennell: he has been plagued by a "persistent groin injury" and will be operated on to fix the problem. The article says he will be out till the end of the year. And their first game of 2013 is not until Jan 25, so he should be good to go for the second half the season.
    http://www.kicker.de/news/fussball/...auch-fennell-und-krauss-auf-dem-op-tisch.html

    The article also states that his coach was fired this week, and that Guido Buchwald has taken over as interim coach. Guido, of course, is one of Germany's 1990 WC heroes.

    Unless Kickers manage promotion back to the 2.BL and Royal is still starting for them at that time I don't see any chance of him getting a call up to the NT. Even then starting in the 2.BL may not be enough to get a look with the NT.
