So now we've had one season back in the championship, Gus Poyet is strengthening the squad with more quality players to play at the best stadium in the championship, The AMEX. 2012/13 season prediction 6th-8th.

So, we lost on the first day away at hull, always a tough game and they edged it however we put an encouraging performance in. Then we had cardiff at home midweek, which was a very close game and a draw was the fair result.

    Then

And then a first away win since february including a cracking over head kick at turf moor against burnley which ended 3-1 to brighton.

I have tickets to the Albion-Norwich match in May. Anyone been to the Amex and have any match day tips? We'll be taking the train, and I've read conflicting information about how bad getting away from the ground is.

In early August, my family and I will be on holiday from Northern California, and we would like to go to a match of a PL club (not necessarily a PL match). We are seriously considering a Seagulls match at the Amex. We're on a budget, so I'm leaning toward the preseason fixture against Atletico 6 August. Man City on 12 August would be exciting, but probably out of our price range. Still figuring it out, so any positive advice would be appreciated. PM me, or if you think your comment may have broader interest, post to a thread. Thanks in advance!
