Yeah, those tickets were going to go fast. Best option will probably go through craigslist or scalpers(not always the best way to go but it normally works out). You are going to pay above retail.

As they say, if all the stars fall into place I will, but I will know the last week or two before the game.

If you come, maybe we can get together with anyone else that's coming as well. We can do it the night before, or maybe an asado in the parking lot prior to the game?

Either way let's get something going.

Sounds good Cosmos. Always great to see La Selección in action in person.

    Hi Argensoy

As it gets closer to the actual game date this thread should pick up. At the moment I think there's more interest in Libertadores, Primera A and B games than a friendly. Give it time though.

As far as the Banners and flags, not all of our posters are on the East Coast, but NYCosmos usually represents.

Yes, plus we have a WCQ vs Ecuador a week before this game. Give it a little time as RG stated, and there will be threads and conversations for the games.

I am somewhat scratching my head, what an old and slow MF, wow. Sabella will probably go back to playing just Messi and Higuain up front again. The MF is a mess, not sure where I start. The defense is okay. Will think more about this and come back later.

What a mediocre list. Don't be surprised if we come out in white & red for these 2 games.

ok guys lets try this again, they took my phone number off the post before. I got tickets for the game section 317, row 23-24 $125 inbox me.
It is going to be mad out there, we are a group of 40. asado. beer, music, etc. we will have a good time, no fights or problems.

Mod Edit: Beto, I took your phone number off your post as it could potentially lead to some problems for you down the road. I have no concerns about the Argentina forum regulars but the site gets a ton of unregistered lurkers as well which is where my concern would lie. If anyone is interested please contact Beto via PM. Thanks!

You know the average age for those seven players is only 26? Take away Guinazu (33) and Maxi (31) and you have a very young group. Slow? To a degree yes but then you also have a couple of players with wheels on them. Not a bad group, balanced if used properly.

Yeah, I know, but I am just worried who he plays. If it's going to be the same old thing. Di Maria has wheels,Salvio maybe... Masche, only times he plays in the MF is with the selección. I like Gago, have no issue with him. But we know Sosa is going to be there, and he did improve in the second half vs Colombia however, it's Sosa, but if Sabella is comfortable with him, what can I do. He needs to mess up like Micho and that will be that. I know Sabella does play Messi and Kun together, they will be the only ones creating for one another. The defense has improved with some new faces, which is positive. It's just the MF that really concerns me.

I had removed his phone number twice from his posts, then we talked about it in PM. After asking a old timer mod, they said that its allowed if it's their personal number. I warned Beto about the risks of posting his number and he was ok with it and willing to take the risk, after placing a few crank calls to him it didn't seem to deter him. So I had given him the ok.

I'll post it over in the Arg mod forum. Talk amongst the other mods.

If Beto is fine with it then it's all good and apologies to Beto for overstepping my boundaries without a PM to him first.

I was thinking of asking him if he had King Arthur in a can.....you might be too young for that one.
