    ......and if they don't, Freiburg may sweeten it with some cash to go along :D
    Must be a bit disheartening for him though i feel sorry for him in that respect.

    If he can get a job in europe then good for him, there's surely some teams in J2 that could use him.

    I don't think there's any profit for us here, seriously.

    Also, I am quite sure he would have had the opportunity to return to Japan as he's still a different type of forward than most in J1/J2 (It's another question if he scores, or is actually a forward, or a footballer, obviously, but I don't want to discuss that). From that angle, he earns some respect from me as he doesn't return to a secure working place even when 99% of players in the same situation would've returned by now.

    lol i meant, freiburg would have to pay a club to take him off their hands.

    But, nah, back to Niigata. Good for him. Hope he does well. May not be the greatest but he is a different type of forward than you see with Japanese.

    For the clubs who know what to except from him he will be good. It's as simple as that.
