I just read about the possible Oswald suspension and it said he will miss the game vs America. Does anyone know any info on the match?

I'd think it's more likely to be Club America from Mexico but this is the first I've heard of it.

I highly doubt it's club America. If you check out football Italia and read the article about prandelli suspending oswaldo it says we play America in feb. i would highly doubt it would be in the USA and I doubt it would be in the east due to the cold weather here.

To most of the world America does not mean (necessarily) the USA. football-italia is a British rag and as I spend most of my existence ignoring the UK I honestly don't know if they use America as a synonym for the USA.

Prandelli, whose side will face America in a February friendly, will now reward the player for his act of honesty.

That is from football Italia today

Di Natale is out Injured with Toe. So A roster space has opened up for a striker. I'm willing to bet my house on Fabio Borini.

So wait, Germany and France get to play each other, England and Holland get to play each other... but we get stuck with the USA? C'mon.
