Panama falls to Egypt 1-0 in their second match of the U-20 World Cup. Honesty Egypt were the better team the whole match by far maybe got lucky we did not lose by more. Our offense is downright putrid and our corners and freekicks were dismal. Our U-20 WC might have ended unless we can shock Brasil but with how non-existent the offense is man that is a long shot. I give the boys credit for hanging on but man this was a big match and you don't win matches if you can't create chances and score. Hopefully they just throw the kitchen sink next match against Brasil got nothing to lose and no one expects much from us. Can't say im too happy about our performance the last two matches but can't do much about that now.
Horrible game last nite vs Egypt.. the team played with "no ganas", "falta de huevos", no energy, most of the team. And still can't explain why Hernandez is not starting..it's easy to see he should be starting...... Thing is about the Brazil game, our DT Poyatos has been scared sh*tless since he found out brazil was in the group..all he speaks about is brazil this, brazil that...almost seemed to overlook Austria & Egypt.. I hope this "fear" doesn't rub off on the players.. and i hope Hernandez starts this time, along with alvarez...and definitely first sub has to be Loco Avila... and Poyatos should really think of switching back to the 4-4-2, no hold back... oh, and mathematically, we still have a chance of moving on to next round

El marcador se abrió en el minuto seis del encuentro, en una jugada creada en el medio de la cancha por el volante Joselito Vaca, cuyo centro terminó en un remate al arco de Juan Carlos Arce. Considering the lack of marketing/promotion by any team in our local league, that was a pretty good showing by the Tauro fans. Tauro's defense is bad, even veteran Luis Moreno is playing like !$#$ ..tho have to admit skinny boy Carlos Rodriguez played well on the backline...Tauro's d-mids are nonexistant.. and the fat argentinian they have as forward, well you saw those goals he missed .. anyways, i'm an Arabe Unido fan ... so Tauro eliminated or passing thru means nothing to me...lol cheers

Panama U-23 advances to next phase..bye bye Costa Rica Panama tied last night in Alajuela, CR 1-1 ...but with the win in panama of 2-1, we move on with a global of 3-2 .. for 2nd consecutive time knocking out CR. Blackburn with the score... CR, just like in 1st game, dominated ball possession, and was the better of the 2, but in the 1st half, GK Mejia did his best!! Panama, 4-5-1 scheme, with their best "ball-handlers" on the field, and the central defenders playing way better than in the 1st game, held off CR. Not too many minutes after sub, Armando Polo, came on, Polo used his speed to get to the ball, pass it inside the box To Blackburn, who patiently switched the ball left foot to right foot, and in for the score!!!!
