I didn't think we'd ever get to start one of these threads! :D

Anyway, Naji Majrashi has made two substitute appearances and notched an assist last sunday.

Hopefully, our Korean friends from Ulsan can keep us posted on his progress. :)

Good on him. He was a player with a lot of promise, I don't know how he fell through the cracks. I hope he rediscovers himself in Ulsan.

It's easy to see how he fell through the cracks. Because he's always cracked....geddit? :D

Yeah I admit that was lame. :(

Apparently, he came on as a substitute again this week as Ulsan Hyundai for some reason decided to play their home game 300km for some silly corprate reason.

I wonder if he can ever nail a starting place. :(

Don't worry guys. If Majrashi just gave his best and has a great attitude in every game he will probably become a star in the K-League one day just like the Australian defender Saša Ognenovski playing for Seongnam Ilhwa. If it takes Sasa one year to become a star in the K-League and win the ACL 2010 then Majrashi can do it too plus he is playing for one the best team in the K-League. :) Also how is the Korean maggic dribbler Lee Young-Pyo doing in Al-Hilal?

    Thanks CoreanBoy for the information.
He has played a record around 2000 minutes of football this season. He appears in every Hilal game as the team have no replacement for him.He plays quite well but is slow and thinks a lot on the field.Probably it is his last season.

The problem is that Naji is only on a short term loan and can't stay as long as Sasa. :(

Very well actually! However, Hilal have announced they won't renew his contract because they have a lot of LBs now.

I don't buy that it takes a year to break into the team. Djeparov doesn't seem to have taken long to become established at Seoul.
But he certainly needs to persevere

You are probably true. Lee Young-Pyo had a great career and ending it in Al-Hilal is probably the best choice for him now.

Djeparov from Seoul FC was on a loan too, but he showed his worth in FC Seoul and eventually got a contract. If Naji shows his worth then he might have a chance of getting at least a 1 year contract.

Actually Djeparov was a great playmaker at Bunyodkor before he came to Seoul FC. He read the whole field, had smart decisions, made sharp crosses and passes. That is why it didn't take long for him to settle down at Seoul
