    Pregunta...

    palmirhadezzz, ahora

pienso dejar dishnetwork and cable tv

how to connect from wireless pc or Ipod; movies or games to actual HD tv?

same as the single earphone connection to the aux-in?
what if I get and S-video cable with golden tips?

I have a friend -sort of, that cut his cable bill and decided to go via Ipod (justin Tv shows known and other apps) directly to his TV, he claims that video quality is not hurt (off course he has a new generation HD tv)

Not Quite! remember that the resolution in the VGA was even higher than regular tv. So an S-cable form pc to tv, dvi to pc, and composite will give you high def, believe it or not. It depends on your graphics card also.

Now!!!!! from the ipod to the tv! What makes the difference is the quality of the video! if you rip/convert/ encode or what ever you do to put the video in your ipod, if your original video has great quality you will end up with good quality on your tv.

if you want to see a whole bunch of channels for free... still on your tv... I would suggest you do lots of research on FTA (free to air) ;) it is a bit overwhelming at first, but it all starts making sense afterwards... i have been out of it for while, but it is a fun thing to do.

I need a new tv for my apartment it will be for my room. Should I get a LED tv? They are the super thin ones, the 3D is only like 300 more but I don't really like 3d and don't think it will catch on. What do you guys think?

    Efer pregunta:

usb to s-video connection is adviced? I am having the worse time finding a way to patch that.... any links or store to shope for it?

I have a macbook pro. I just use hdmi but I also had to buy a converter because Apple is gay and refuse to put HDMI on their labtops.

HDMI 10x better than S-video. Some tvs also have the computer monitor cable jack. It depends what type of tv you have and what type of computer you have. I would always go with HDMI tho.

As for HDMI or any cables look on ebay. I got 4 HDMI cables for 10 bucks with shipping. They are usually like 30 bucks at Best Buy each. They look and play just as good as the best buy ones. The cables for Apple labtops at the apple store are 30 bucks, on ebay you can get them from china for 5 bucks with shipping :)

Re: Temas Tecnologicos II- tv or not Tv

Buenas preguntas... voy a investigar bien.

Re: Temas Tecnologicos II- tv or not Tv

if you guys are talking about google tv.... its bombing
and not doing well at all, none of the big tv stations are supporting it and it cost $400 bucks unless you buy a Sony Google TV

Most new tvs come with internet ready features that include Netflix and youtube(all of them have this). Some include hulu(which is like netflix but with tv shows), blockbuster (which is exactly like netflix but not netflix...), Amazon Video, and a bunch of other crap.

Another thing that does all of this is a PS3 which you can get for 150-300 depending if you want a new one or get one used on ebay or craigslist. The PS3 with the recent update can do hulu, netflix and youtube really the only 3 things you want and also has a PS Store which is much like the apple or amazon video.
