His team stinks it up and loses, he stills gets blown. That is the life fantastic.

Adu is on the fringe of being picked because of his talent, which is superior to some of the current Nat's roster. The question was always is he fit, is he getting better, and is he playing.

The last month or so makes this a very close call for Bob.

I do like the 'body of evidence' argument though. A great way to have some player who was great back in January (Beasley anyone?), and great in 2005.... but likely is off form now.

Yeah, I'm sure Greek clubs are superefficient in fulfilling these sorts of requests

i haven't watched much Greek football, but damn that was an ugly style of play. and the refs horribly fall short of their jobs.

    hope to see better days.

Paok - Aris games are always like that. Fouls, Cards, Fights etc. No soccer at all. The problem is that our players never try to be strong there. They usually play without passion and soul. I dont think you can survive with tactics there. Just play with power and confidence.

Even MLS matches don't rival the MMA style of PAOK from yesterday's match, nor the referee's timidness.

Yeah, that Ivic guy took out 2 Aris players back to back, I mean just plain gangsta style, and the Ref gave him and Neto a yellow!!! WTF!!!

I mean he almost broke 2 guys legs and Neto gets pissed so he gives him a yellow? Whatever, the ref was a real **********, I hope we kick their ass when they come to Aris. Payback...

very VERY ANGRY for the team...

this was OUR WORSE GAME OF THE YEAR..

in our home we win paok 2-0 and we
really disappear them...we were 100 times better..

    now what?????what??only long passes?

until Koke came into the game we had ZERO shoots...

this f@@@@@@ paok team, a team only defense,
we made them look like barca...

Anyway,we lost a fight, but not the war..you MUST win aek now...

ps.some paok "fans" said that the only one who was trying to play from
us was adu...and koke ,when he came in....and sifakis was good..
he saved us from more goals.

ps2.the fact that a lot of us are angry, doesnt mean that we will not
support the team...we ALWAYS support them...and we will ALWAYS do...
but, they have to stop hurting us with appearence like yesterday...

    anyway..VAMOS ARIS...
and we will f@@@ paok in our home..be sure of that

    until then..aek-ARIS ,ARIS-aek, olympiakos-ARIS....
    and last game ARIS-paok.

I understand the anger, its sad how you guys buckled.... but i dont blame them!!!

It looked scary as hell to play over there, with the pressure PAOK put on all players that touched the ball, the fouls, the in your face intimidation factor.... like playing soccer in hell lol. Reminded me of that commercial with Eric Cantona and nike superstars playing devils and goblins lol.

    [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O4rzlNmhw60"]YouTube- Nike commercial[/ame]

Thats interesting thoughto hear about saying that Adu was the only one who didnt buckle. He didnt, he'd get the ball, do a quick turn often beating his defenders, or winning tackles..... but also lost some balls too. Kinda scary lol.

But yea, you guys needed Koke. He wins fouls and isnt scared to hold and bleed off pressure to open guys up.

Yeah, I've been watching MLS since the beginning and I must agree, the quality in MLS is much improved. I still try to catch the off game even though I don't have any horses in the race.

well, the great news is Aris is going to take AEK for two straight games, a team that already lost twice.

if Aris take 6 points from those two games, and hope for an OL-PAOK draw, Aris would be in excellent position to take the lead.

with that said, Weds is a MUST WIN!!! Otherwise, I am afraid CL is completely out of the picture.
