Classic derby. Its always a derby even if there is no interest for the teams.
Imagine now that both want Champions league.
Thessaloniki at war for one day.
Toumba stadium gonna be very hostile for Aris so dont be surprised whatever you see. Their fans seek revenge for the last 2-0 for Aris.
There will be no Aris fans of course.
Aris is in better shape instead of paok whos not playing well in the last matches.
Adu & Johnson are the stars of Olympiakos game so they propably gonna start.
More chances for Adu, since Campora is returning and maybe he gets Johnson's spot.
Calvo and Nafti are not certain yet cause of their injuries.
    Arano still suspended...
If Aris wins there, Champions league is really near.

    Playoff standings
    Olympiakos 4
    Paok 4
    Aris 3
    AEK 2

Adu probably starts. Don't know about EJ though. He deserves to start after his last game, but Campora is back and he's our first scorer. I'd say the odds are 70-30 for Campora to start.

Calvo, Nafti and Daly are injured.

Can you post the schedule for the entire playoff? I didn't realize that they played everyone home and away, that's a lot of games! It really is like another mini-league.

So that means they still have to play Olympiakos at their home right? Is goal difference the main tie breaker like normal?

    thanks

Daly was injured in training since Wednesday? Also, did Adu sub in for Calvo because of injury against Panathanaikos?

I don't think I've seen this explained anywhere in the Aris threads yet [my apologies if it has], but how many teams get a CL berth? Just the playoff table leader at the end of the six games? Or the top two teams?

    @DMoney22

The winner goes to the qualifications of the Champions League. The second team goes to the third qualification(the last) of Europa League. The third team goes to the second qualification round of Europa League and the last team goes to the first qualification round of Europa League.

So Aris definitely have alot to play for even if they dont win the playoffs they dont wanna end up starting the preseason in the beginning of the summer instead of the middle.

Thank you! That was very helpful. Definitely pulling for Aris to win the playoffs, but if they can't I'll hope for second place.

I think both of them will start. Maybe we will see EJ and Campora up front, it would be really interesting. Adu will surely start cause Calvo is not 100% fit, but we will see tomorrow if he will be included in the squad, if not, Adu will be in the starting lineup.

Most possible lineup from press news. Seems that Koke wont start.
[LINEUP-4-4-2]Campora, Johnson, Adu, Prittas, Garcia/Fernadez, Meriem, Vangeli, Ronaldo, Nasuti, Neto, Sifakis[/LINEUP-4-4-2]

Which means the apocalypse is approaching or something like that. Koke has been 4 years in the team and has played in every match since then (when he is available). So you better watch this game cause it's not gonna happen again (in the near future at least).
