Amusing story (to me anyway): My fiance and I had to take the F.O.C.U.S. test that all Catholics are required to take before marriage (I'm not Catholic, but she is). It's basicly an S.A.T. style "fill in the circles with a No. 2 pencil" scantron test about your relationship with your spouse, the Church, and with God. For each question you had to answer either (A) Agree, (D) Disagree, or (U) Uncertain. So when filling out my answer sheet it looked like this: 1. (A)(D)(U) 2. (A)(D)(U) 3. (A)(D)(U) 4. (A)(D)(U) 5. (A)(D)(U) 6. (A)(D)(U) 7. (A)(D)(U) 8. (A)(D)(U) 9. (A)(D)(U) ...for over 200 questions. I took this test the day before the Olympiakos game. Must have been a sign from God...literally...since the test was about God.
this was the match that change his life, think about he could been subbed after 23 minutes, Daly was ready, but cuper wait some minutes and freddy found an assist... sorry for my bad english
next game, i suggest Cuper gets Daly ready to sub in at the 15'. that should light a fire under Adu's ***
LOL That had to have been distracting! Not to mention a 200+ question test? Man, I thought the 6 or so pre-marital counseling sessions I've had to endure with my fiance were rough!
Haha Why stop there? Let's have Daly ready at kickoff. Maybe Bob could hire him as a special consultant and we can take him to SA!
Lets not get ahead of ourselves. It could be that moment, but we'll have to wait and see. He's still an almost-21 year old kid who is apparently still learning the game. If this really was that "light bulb" moment, then it will be remembered by American fans for a LONG time, but lets not go placing it into the annals of US soccer player history quite yet.
So I notice the name on Freddy's shirt is now actually Adu. I take it no longer being called Antou is helping him some?
