you know I`m not one to troll on Pachuca my friend but, the Sudamericana doesn`t mean that much on the world stage.

it is the biggest international trophy a mexican club has won though

I would rate the Interamericana higher than the Sudamericana.

Pachucas latest accomplishments within the last decade deserve respect from all of us.

My only beef with Pachuca is their lackluster CWC form. Either win it, or I don't want to see you there again.

The interamericana was just a glorified friendly

The Sudamericana is no Libertadores.. but it is better than the Interamericana

    Mosco that^

If the Inter-American Cup offered a berth to the Intercontinental Cup, then it would've been a real meaningful trophy. But it didn't. Even if a Mexican team won it 10-0, the South American team would be the one going to Japan anyway.

You're right it doesn't mean much but you said it yourself it is the biggest international trophy a Mexican club has won.

    You're having a laugh, right?

True. So I guess prestige is all in the eye of the beholder.

The bottom line is that it'd be hard to convince anyone that the Inter-American Cup was very prestigious, even though teams had to beat the South American champ in order to win it.

    I can't believe this :(:(

just wow... less than a minute away. I don't think the away goal rule should count in the final. Pachuca shouldn't have won. 0-0 described what happened on the field. I am so frustrated and disappointed at this.

Dude, the away goal is very important. Just look what happened on Pachuca's turf; C.A. couldn't score. Home field advantage is significant, just that Pachuca is able to overcome anything.

Sorry Pern, Right now? I cannot think of anything positive about Cruz Azul. If they were to lose in the semi finals or Quarterfinals, maybe I could accept the bitter reality because they have been struggling this season. But this was 1 minute and a few micro-seconds away from hoisting that trophy...
