Yikes. I just figured out that Tokol is in the 3rd Hungarian division. http://www.soccerway.com/matches/2009/08/22/hungary/nb-iii/tokol-ksk/mori-se/829821/
Well, looks like a moot point. Carlos Diaz has moved to W Connection in T&T: Diaz who played National youth football for Mexico and the US joined Connection three weeks ago as a free agent. His first run out for Connection was as a second half substitute in last week’s 2-1 defeat against Pumas UNAM in CONCACAF Champions’ League Group D action. Diaz previously played alongside W Connection goalkeeper Jan Michael Williams at Ferencvarosi TC in the eastern division of the Hungarian National Championship II who recommended the Mexican striker to coach Stuart Charles Fevrier. http://www.ttproleague.com/cms/News...on-League-debut-for-W-Connection/Default.aspx And: http://www.socawarriors.net/league/tt-pro-league/6157-w-connection-adds-mexican-striker.html
He debuted in a league match on Tuesday and scored in the 40th. It looks like they're slow updating the league website.
Any news on this player? I noticed that the T&T league is going again but he doesn't appear on the teams' (archaic) webpage or socawarriors.net's page for W Connection. Any news?
An update on Carlos, who is apparently headed back to Europe though he doesn't have a club yet: Diaz was an assistant coach this past fall for the Solano Community College women’s soccer team. His work with the Falcons kept him involved in the game. ... Carlos Diaz has signed with an agent, Jozsef Kiss, and leaves in January for Budapest, looking to resume his professional soccer career in Hungary. http://napavalleyregister.com/sport...05f-11e1-bc84-0019bb2963f4.html#ixzz1hk3LcAf2
Currently in camp with the Rapids. Diaz moved to Europe to pursue his professional dream. He has played in England, Hungary, Germany, Finland, Brazil, and W Connection in Trinidad & Tobago.
