You must be young because I don't ever remember the Pistons being shit!

The Bad Boys of the 90's (or was it 80's) was one of the few NBA teams I liked.

The mid 90s when we had Grant Hill and those shit uniforms?

Bad Boys were late 80s early 90s. Glad that the Palace store is selling those shirts again.

I've met some of them too. Dumars and Mahorn are great guys, but Laimbeer is a dick.

9-8 Federer. Played 3 clutch points to recover from a 15-40 deficit to win the game.

40th Ace from Fed. Only 40-15.

My God, where did Roddick get this backhand from. Great pass from a nice Fed approach shot.

    40-30.

Game Fed hits 41st ace and now leads 10-9. Roddick to serve.

Interesting Stat: Roddick served his 33 game. Fed has only had 3 break points total. Roddick has broken Fed twice despite the latters 41 aces.

10-10 final set. Fed Serving. 15-0 Fed.

Excellent rally. Roddick dinks an approach and forces Fed into an unforced passing shot miss. 15 All.

Why does Fed try to hit topspin on that kick serve?

    40-30 Roddick, down 11-10. 2nd serve.

DEUCE! Roddick needs to be clutch. Federer will be looking to make the first strike.

Service Winner by Roddick. Adv. Roddick

Ties it 11-11 in the final set.

47th and 48th Ace from Fed to close out set. He's hit 20 or so aces in the final set alone.

Roddick up 30-15 with a monster inside out forehand. Now 40-15.

Scramble and miss error by Roddick. 40-30.

    Fed makes his move. DEUCE!

    Lets see how Roddick responds.

And he does with a Monster serve down the line 136MPH. Adv. Roddick.

    Game Roddick 13-13.

49th Ace by Fed. 30-0 Fed. 40-0Fed. Game fed 14-13. Not as entertaining as the Nadal match but still great game of serving and clutch play.

    Another Body serve. 40-30 Roddick.

DEUCE! Roddick needs to be calm here. And he is with a 128 down the T.

Fed with a great return. Back to Deuce. Perhaps if he gets back to Adv. Roddick should hit a kicker for the first. Got to get there though.

SHANK rally sets up Federer's first MATCH POINT.

    Second Serve.

    FEDERER WINS!!!!!!!!!!

Roddick played excellently. I feel very bad for him. Just a few shanks by Fed on returns put Roddick off. He really played extremely well. To face 50 aces and take a match to a final set. Roddick should have won to be honest. Really Fed thought it was going to be a walk-over. Fed is a great champ though, but you could see he thought it was a matter of time. Wouldn't be as confident if it was Murray or Rafa in the final.
