Re: Venezolano Hector ''El Turbo'' Gonzales firma con La Liga de Quito

he was normally used as a right winger, but now he is converted to right back a la Zambrotta.

He is really fast, has tons of talent! he will be a great addition! and he is one of Venezuela's best offensive weapons on the NT!

He really is ! but Paez keeps thinking he is a Defender !  one of the reasons we haven't been doing good in the last games and part of the Qualifiers. We (the Fans) started a websit against his son Ricardo David Paez and we will go for Paez's Head and then Esquivel (The Federation's President) here's the Link if you want to express your opinion www.fueraricardodavid.8m.com

I agree, but the immediate concern for Liga is to make up for losing 3 extremely important players (Guerron, Vera, Bolanos). It will take time to invest in younger players, but they still have championships to win today!

I thought Liga played much better than the score reflects. Recife was playing like the away team, defending and countering. Liga brought the game to them, but we missed a couple of really good chances (especially Manso, came close twice).

Liga currently doesn't need to invest in younger players. They already have them. Man, that kid William araujo is not going to stick around in ecuador for too much longer. he's strong, fast and intelligent. he's great replacemnet for Vera. Larrea has to start. He's everything Araujo is and much more. Incredibly fast..but he gets a little crazy and of course Chango..I don't know why Obregon is hanging around. There's a point when you just have to let it go..I would like to see Liga bring up a forward and a attacking mid.

Re: Liga de Quito - All news and everything related too

Is this Edgardo Bauza? I was looking through this site and I paused for a second, if the guy with the ball in this picture isn't Bauza then they sure do look alike.

Looks a lot like him, but I'm pretty sure is not. His playing career was a long time ago and those players look pretty noveu.

15 days absence for el samurai...reasco, calle, campos and calderon are defenders. i always get nervous with calle, he always makes these very bizarre mistakes that are so amateurish

i guess viteri will be tapando against Colo Colo...i hope he is inspired!!!! we need a solid gk.

I agree with you. Liga was DEFINITELY going to tie Sport Recife in the first 10-15 of the 2nd half if it wasn't for that expulsion of Cevallos. Liga was clearly dominating that half.

I think we should have bought players like Joao Rojas, Fernando Guerrero, and DEFINITELY Jefferson Montero for LDU. It's a shame Rojas went to Emelec and Montero i heard has been transfered to Real Madrid Castilla. Montero deserves to play in a better team. He's a realllyy great player, the best out of the Sub-20 team.
