Relax. You are getting nervous. I said: "Where did Soccenet get the SH (shot taken)?" You tell me. And I asked you, when did ACTIM said they collect the stat "shot taken"? But obviously you try to evade the question...
I'd assume that most of these technically better players would consist of non-English players like C Ronaldo and Giggs but even the likes of Rooney and Joe Cole would have more to offer on the ball than Peter McParland or Duncan Edwards.

No Andrei Kanchelskis? If Lampard can get in at his respective position (and at such a lofty placing) on the basis of three scoring seasons then how does Kanchelskis miss out completely when you consider the impact he had for Man Utd and Everton? I'd definitely have him above some of the named players.
Jackie Rutherford is a suprising exclusion since Anderton somehow merits inclusion. I do agree with Matthews above Best though
Was Alan Ball's consistency in the league the main reason he kept Beckham out of the top 5? Anyway it's a nice list, regardless of that.
Even though C Ronaldo has only played for a few years, I thought maybe he could have been ranked higher. If he continues in the same manner for the next few years, he will be ranked much higher. Injuries go against Anderton. For talent alone, Best > Matthews but Sir Stanley played for so many years so his longetivity should count for something, especially when one considers that Best shortened his career in such a way.
ronaldo is questionable even as an arsenal fan ljungberg had a reasonable impact but ronaldo is a much better player and has a bigger impact imo, even if freddie scored alot of goals from midfield! look forward to the next list, pires has to be up there on that one!
Ronaldo has had two seasons as a top level player. That is simply not enough to merit a higher position. Obviously if he can maintain this form then he would be higher in future. Anderton was a top level player (injuries permitting) for the best part of 10 years. If he has managed to stay fit for longer he would have been alot higher on the list.
I guess I struggle with this a bit. I haven't seen Anderton play week in week out - but to me his is little more than a journeyman, whereas Ronaldo is already arguably the best footballer in the world. That makes up for a lot of years?
