I really respect much of your opinion, but ur love for Italian football I just can't get!

    *barely avoids rant*

It disgusts me, it really does, The whole thing is as big a joke as UEFA's ineptitude in ever sorting it out. Anyone who saw the police must be equally appauled. Then again if im a cop and my home fans kill me whilst I work, then I'd stay the other side of the fence and baton a bunch of un-armed foreigners just to stay on their good side....
Nice fair ball-boying too! Is there any level of cheating they, Roma especially, will not stoop to....

I think FSC should switch Serie A for the Eredivisie.. but that's just me :x

My love for Italian football? Its my sister that loves Inter and Crespo...my alternative to Arsenal is Argentinian football - that is passion for the game.

The police beating the Man Utd fans was an absolute disgrace. The camera focussed on that one guy being hit repeatedly while he lay there doing nothing...it was rediculous.

As for the ball boys - that is using home advantage to a whole new level!:p

Tbh they'll have a nice welcome at Old Traford ;)

It is sad that they dive but I think United will take care of em I just don't care about Italy for that one reason they are dirty players.

I sorta watch Serie A when its on ESPN and I'll watch the Serie A highlights when my sister is drooling over it, but its not nearly as good as watching La Liga. In fact, I prefer to watch the French League and the Dutch League even. Even the MLS is entertaning to watch...especially hearing the commentator's using words like shutouts instead of clean sheets.

Actually my sister isn't a fan of Francesco Totti, she reckons he looks like a vagrant.:p

Kaitster's reaction was more than worrying...it must be her new hair.

The work by the ball boys was definitely the highlight of the match. I don't think I've ever seen it done that quickly that they had the ball set up for the corner before anybody was near to kick it.

I'm still trying to understand what was going through Scholes' head. I've never seen such poor tackling in my life, although the one(I believe he got the first caution) didn't seem nearly as bad as the others, it was just from behind. It was also good to see Rooney score finally. Hopefully the next match he errupts for 2 or 3. Ronaldo was the bright spot when he wasn't getting hacked to the ground. I mean, the run that set up their goal was beautiful.

oh yeah.. why does Totti do the thumb-biting thing when he scores goals? it's been bugging me since the World Cup.

Right, so its 12:30 in the night here, and I thought I'd have an early night. I walk into the lounge and the Copa Libertadores match with Boca has just started! Maybe I'll just tape it...

Luis Garcia of Liverpool also does it. Supposedly, in certain cultures, it means that the goal was so easy that a little kid could have done it. However, according to my sister's Italian friend, Totti's celebration is a dedication to his child.

My school coach just texted me, telling me to call everyone from the team, and tell them about optional session tomorrow from 10:30-11:30.

Basically, everyone can't come, except for me, and maybe 2 other people.

I'm gonna get my butt kicked. I haven't touched a ball (besides in my room today) since Thursday.

Also, I found out that 'saving profile' is not the same as 'saving career' on fifa06. It froze (while I was killing man city), and the pos took me back to the 2nd game of my season (I was on the 6th or 7th match).

I don't want to wake up tomorrow :(

    So...I'm a busy boy...

Today I took a two hour trip (two hours each way) to visit our other store and check in with our Adidas rep. Basically worked from 10 - 9 today.

Tomorrow I'm going to the Cincinnati Reds vs. Chicago Cubs game...another four hour drive both ways.

Friday I have a test in my only class that day, then I'm going down to Purdue...another two+ hour drive.

    Whooooo.

Easter is going to be a relaxing day.

Swanny, have fun driving everywhere :p

So that session my coach called is in 45 minutes, and there's going to be 2, maybe 3 people there.

Meaning more individual stuff.. meaning I'm gonna get my butt kicked. 11:30 (end time) couldn't roll around any sooner so I can roll back into bed. :(

Kait, surely you can't look that bad in such a short training session? Hell, I've been training 6:30 to 9:30 at least twice a week for 2 months now!
