What is the best way to go and see Fulham play at the Cottage if you don't have tickets? Any advice would be very helpful.

I will be living in Edinburgh, but I want to head to London time to time to see the team.

    Thanks.

If you need tickets, just give me a shout. Being a Season Ticket holder now I can order any ticket you may need at a drop of a hat.

I emailed you back through bigsoccer...did you not get it? If not, I'll post here...

    Fellow Fulham supporters:

For the first time in my life, I am trying to attend a match on English soil, with my wife and two kids. Does anyone have access to tickets in the visitors' section for the August 20 match vs. ManUtd? I am working some other angles that might come through for me, but would love to be able to get 2-4 tickers from a fellow Fulham supporter. I will be arriving in Manchester this coming Friday.

    Thanks in advance.

    American Mike,

I've started a separate thread to ask this question, but I'll ask you directly. Do you have any extras (preferably on the Fulham side) for this Sunday's match at Old Trafford? I will be arriving in Manchester on Friday morning. I have a friend in London coming with 2 on the Fulham end and 2 on the Stretford end, but obviously, we'd all like to be on the Fulham end. There will be a total of 6 in our group, so I probably could use up to 4.

    Thanks!

I don't have any extras myself, because 5 of us are going up but I'll see what FFc can do and I may be able to arrange 4 tickets to be placed at the Will Call window at old trafford. How did you friend get two in the Stretford end?

Let me know if you would like me to check up with FFC, I'm at Mike@fulhamusa.com

Our good friend American Mike from FulhamUSA has graciously agreed to have this thread stickied for all Bigsoccer Fulham supporters this year to request tickets for the Cottage if they making the trek over to London this season.

Please post requests here, and - knowing Mike - he will do everything in his power to accomodate.

Only stipulation is that you must be a Fulham supporter, or at least agree to be one for the day :)

    Thanks Mike!

Hello, I joined Big Soccer recently and as a novice fan, latched onto Fulham as most of my friends were going with the big money teams like Chelsea, Arsenal, etc. and I felt like finding an underdog. That and I'm a McBride fan, despite his performance in this year's World Cup. Anyway, do any of you know a U.S. channel the Fulham/Man U. game will be on, or what bars in Boston might be showing that particular game?

As a fellow Fulham fan in the Boston area, I've had best luck at Phoenix Landing in Central Square Cambridge. It's at 512 Mass Avenue, about a block and a half south of Central Square on the southbound side. For games against big teams like ManU they may charge $10 to get in. There is an Irish breakfast available that is passable, if not great. I just called and think they said they were open at 8:30 AM tomorrow (game time) but it was loud and hard to hear. I've tried a few other places in Cambridge at that hour and had no luck so I think that's the best bet. Maybe I'll see you there - there won't be many other Fulham fans, rest assured.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately I missed this one, alarm didn't register in my ears this morning...gah. Although judging by the royal drubbing we got from ManUre, it appears if I had gone over to Phoenix I would've had a nice breakfast, followed by a bout of depression, which would then be followed by several beers to quell said depression.

It was pretty depressing but it would have been nice to have some company. The ManUre fans - probably about 30 or 40 of them - were in their glory and I guess I can't blame them. At least now you know where to go and btw there was no cover charge.

I e-mailed you to talk about the Fulham USA trip to Craven Cottage... but there has been a change of plans. I got at least one of my friends to come with me the FOLLOWING weekend and I need two (maybe three) tickets for the Everton match. I will know for sure how many on Monday. Is this doable? I can send you the money through PayPal or whatever.

    Thanks!!

Yeah, no worries. I can get tickets for any game so just give me a heads up when you know and we'll be good to go. I emailed you back with regard to hotels/flights.

I'm heading over at the end of February and will be in town for the Fulham-Aston Villa clash at Craven Cottage, would you be able to help out?

You probably won't need his help for that game. Be on the lookout a few weeks before the match, the tickets will go in general sale and there should be plenty left.

Thanks for the update, I'm looking for some good seats, you recommend just checking the Fulham website?

  16. Re: 2006/07 Fulham Fans Ticket Request Thread

Well, this is a bit late, but I wanted to give a public shout out to American Mike. Back in August, I sent out a desperate request for tickets to the opening match at Old Trafford; Mike responded and met me outside of the grounds with the necessary tickets. I also got to meet Mike's lovely fiancee, now his wife, and we can only hope he will have news of a new generation of Fulham fan in the coming months or years.

Now, with the memory of that poor first-match showing finally fading, a decent run of form in EPL (ties are better than losses), and advancement, however narrowly, to the 4th round, and the addition of Clint Dempsey and Montella up front, I think we can really look forward to an enjoyable '07.

For Americans considering whether to travel to England for a match, I strongly encourage it. I took my then 9-year-old son, and though it wasn't Fulham's day, the experience was unforgettable.

    That's pretty funny.

Of course, people who buy Galaxy season tickets in 2007 might skip the first half of the season as well, since Becks arrives in August, and Landon and other USMNT players will miss June and July due to Gold Cup and Copa America.

At least that chap will see his team at full strength for the rest of the season.

    Tickets for March 31st

I will be in London with my family the weekend of March 31st when Fulham will be playing Portsmouth, and I'm looking for 4 or 5 tickets to that game. I see on the Fulham website there are still tickets available, although not in the side midfield. Are the seats on the end (FFC supporters) okay, or would I be better served with side seats near the corner? Also, is buying tickets from the club directly (through the website) my best bet? This is my first trip to an EPL game (and England for that matter), and I want the experience to be memorable. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

I honestly think the best seats in the ground are in the Hammersmith End. It's real loud over there.

Im not sure that the Stoke tickets even went on sale to the public. You can try to go to the ground tomorrow and get tickets, but I'm not sure that you'll have any luck. There are plenty of pubs at which to watch the game, however.

    Found this.

"Fulham fans who are Season Tickets Holders, Members and Cottage Stadium Access Card Holders will be able to purchase tickets at the turnstiles. Fans without a Stadium Access Card will not be able to purchase tickets on the day of the game."

Anyone have a Stadium Access Card I could borrow?

After more searching, it seems that I only need someone with a card with me.

Is anyone attending the match that would be willing to let me buy tickets on their card?

I am an American and will be supporting Fulham. I'm not claiming to be a lifelong fan, but I'm not a Stoke city supporter(it seems Fulham is trying to prevent away fans from attending). I don't even know where Stoke City is!

    Thanks in advance!
