Reutlingen -6 points?
This has been bothering me for a few weeks. Why has Reutlingen started the 2. BL season with -6 points?

"Durch die erste Linie sind die Aufstiegsplätze gekennzeichnet, durch die zweite die Abstiegsplätze. Der Abzug von sechs Punkten wegen Verstoßes gegen Lizenzierungsauflagen ist beim SSV Reutlingen bereits berücksichtigt."
If anyone can translate it would be appreciated.

Reutlingen didn't stick to demands of the league regarding the budget in the last season. Basically DFL considered it enough to not give them the license, but in a second judgement they gave the license and punished them with -6 points instead.
