Looks like both Bocanegra and McBride will be starting, so the Yanks Abroad Forum will be doing better PbP than i can do in here

Well after a lightning quick start, fulham have fallen 2-1 at the half with goals from Angel and Vassell.

Angel scored on a deflection from a free kick and Vassell was unmarked on a corner to put Villa in the lead.

The back line's been shaky and McBride seems lost in his sole striker role so far. Lets see of Coleman can get them motivated for the second half

Fulham came out attacking during the second half and brought on Hayles to play alongside McBride up front and moved Boa Morte to the right.

Just as the momentum was shifting towards Fulham, Bocanegra committed a nasty challenge on Delaney and was sent off with a straight red. Delaney needed to be carried off the field.

So I won't be surprised to see FA action against Boca in the next few days in addition to his automatic suspension.

After that play settled down with McBride missing an opportunity seconds before the final whistle.

Disappointing result for Fulham who have the FA cup to look forward to this Saturday against West Ham

Thanks for the pics. Sounds like a rough nite for Fulham and our American reps.
Boca off for a horrible tackle, and McBride missing a chance in injury time. OUCH!
