Default Safe from Relegation- HA HO HE HERTHA BSC 09 thread [R]

Need to be realistic.

No one played bad today. Good team performance, plus one helluva a goalkeeper. Petr Cech has got nothing on JAROoooooooooo Drobny

Looks like I might have to re-assess our Ukrainian as well. Well taken goals both, although shoddy defending at best from Bayern.

DONOVAN WHO!??!?!!!

Ughhh congrats.. It does bother me that a defensive team is #1 in the Bundesliga when it's a league with so many offensive teams.

I think you guys bar Bayern have a good chance to do well in Europe. Good luck next year in either Champions League or UEFA Cup. I'd say good luck this year, but you bastards have plenty of that.

Just watched the match (again). Maybe it is fair to say that Hertha BSC is making a strong case for #2 in my heart (after 1FCK). WHAT A MATCH! That man on loan from Liverpool isn't 1/2 bad. The Torwart either. Congratulations on the win. Schön wär's! Really, I hope Berlin finishes on top.

Favre is doing a great job in Hertha Berlin, The team is strong but sooner or later they will struggle down (I hope so).

Congrats for the safe from 2. Bundesliga with the 40 Points !

I saw Hertha against Hoffenheim live in Berlin. Great discipline squad, the teams looked even better when Pantelic left the pitch due to injury.

Sky Sports News says that we're negotiating with Liverpool over Voronin.

Well I think it's time to finally post in a Hertha thread and congratulate you guys on your season so far.

I was especially glad to see that Hertha beat Bayern without Pantelic since I really can't stand him.

Would be much happier if we signed Pantelic to a 2-3 year deal (although the 4-5 year deal he's seeking is ridiculous) than paying maybe 6 mio euros for Voronin

Well, I am happy 'Pool is letting go of him.
Trust me, as a Hertha fan I wouldn't be convinced, either.
The guy is more suited to play as a DM, imho.
