But the 11mn (iirc) you spent on him will huert, especially at this time for Arsenal... if you had never bought him you'd be basically geting Reyes for 9mn. That said, ManU aren't excatly the shrewdest of negotiators either (but now that Kenyon's gone, hopefully that trend is over, esp. if saha is a success)

Saha won't be a success, trust me. They'll realise that and try to persuade Anelka to join them. Shouldn't be difficult.

Billy... wot are u on bout?? so the money we spent on oleg luhzny should go against the signing of JAR too? i dont see the connection... are we going to get ZERO for the sale of Jeffers?? 1 doesnt relate to the other IMO.. Forlan takes away the cost of Rio blah blah blah blah blah..
on something totally unrelated..
and it seems United were even more exposed (at the back) when using 2 strikers IMO~
