Legs: plyometrics...squat jumps, body weight squatting, ball hops, cone hops, bounding over distance, hill running. Just look up plyometrics on the internet and you'll get tons of info.
arms: pushups, pullups, explosion pushups(when you come up you explode your hands off the ground and clap your hands then land back on your hands)
abs: leg raises, crunches, lay down flat on your back...raise your legs about 6 in. off the ground and hold them there for 1 minute, rest and repeat 5 times.
