Anyone know? Is he on the first team yet?

Just curious... he's from my hometown and played for a rival high school.

He's currently recovering from injury, so he hasn't played for Hannover 96 yet this season. However, when he gets fully fit he has a pretty good chance to get some playing time because he was fairly impressive for them last season when he was on loan in the 2.bundesliga (although he would have to do rather well as a sub before starting I think).

Is he still on loan from Dortmund, then? Or did Hannover buy his contract?

Loan without transfer clause.

His chances in Hannover are increasing. The center they bought before the season, Blaise N'Kufo, rather disappointed and is more a handicap than a help for the team - he'll be replaced by someone who's basically considered worse than Conor. Currently Hannover is opening the wallet to see what's possible until August 31st, but the first one they want is a winger and no rival for Conor. I really see good chances for him at the moment, even to make it to the starting team.
