Default getting tickets

Boy, let me tell you, this isn't strait forward until you get tickets, then in hind sight it was pretty easy.

Steps to getting tickets.

1. Join MUFC as a member. It will cost you about 27 pounds. You have to be a member in order to get tickets due to some laws that were passed while Margeret Thacher was PM.

2. Once you have your Membership number you check the ticket site on manutd.com. When the tickets go on sale for the game you want kick the members icon next to the game date. Fill out the form and submit it. You will be required to pay for your tickets at that time, but you won't have actaully purchased any tickets yet. (PS. Remember, you need to have a member name and number for each ticket bought. As a member, you can't buy a non member a ticket.)
Your name will go into a drawing and if you are lucky like i was you will get tickets. Mine ended up being my second choice seats. I think the tickets cost me around 30 pounds each so grand total of about 100usd a game since I will only be over there for one game and I had to get a membership. Oh well, probably the only person in Kansas City with a valid MUFC membership card besides my girlfriend.

Thanks, I knew about the "official" way to get tickets, I was just wondering if you had "alternative" ways to get them. (not touts/scalpers, etc.)

I'm going over with the MUSCUSA for the Liverpool game at Old Trafford in April!

Have a great trip over there!!!
