Might not be that good of a deal, but it will be cheap. Tuesday Feb. 10 - Free shuttle service running from the arena district to the pub as well as hotels for groups of 20 or more - US Soccer has said they will probably have some past players do an appearance this night at the bar - Specials listed above Wednesday Feb. 11 - Free shuttle service (currently planning on having 3 buses) from the arena district as well as hotels for groups of 20 or more pre and post match - $5 shuttle to the match (includes return trip to the bar post match) - Swag giveaways - Will be replaying previous US-Mexico games all night - Same specials as Tuesday - Bring back your receipt from Tuesday and get your first pint free on Wednesday - Tented front patio (FYI, there is a smoking ban inside bars/restaurants in ohio)
Looks like the place to be, definitely there Tuesday, little iffy about the plans for Wednesday but probably will be there(little scared about the distance, even with a shuttle to the games, because I'm liable to end up passed out in Kroger's that far away.) Either way looks like I won't be very productive that week. Thank god. How many hours before game time do you think Claddagh's will be open before the TBA game time? Guess Tuesday and Wednesday are substituting Friday and Saturday.
Pretty sure I've never experienced a moment where I wished I was sub-21. Everything is better with alcohol.
Just throwing this out there, but people planning on staying in columbus both nights, with hotels in the area, anyone down with me considering buying up a floor of party suites for pregaming or after after party/crashing?
Claddagh is a restaurant and all people are welcome... unless there is going to be some special 21 and up thing for these days, but i doubt that. just because you "can't buy alcohol" shouldn't stop you from coming out to have a good time.
