I hope he's a great signing for Fulham, except when they play Man Utd, of course.

I would imagine this forum will pick up now that Charlie Blackmouth is about to sign for Fulham.

I'll try not to hype him up too much, but Fulham fans are getting a real gem of a defender. The guy can play centerback and leftback - and has very little flaws. Total package. Congrats.

That's what his name means when translated from Spanish to English.

You forgot to mention that he can also score goals too.

Will Carlos be stepping into a starting spot? It will be interesting to see the official talk tomorrow when they announce this signing. Just judging by the official Fulham website, there's no notice at all.
I believe Boca can play with the big boys. I hope he shows it quick.

I think this question was answered Monday when he started @ Newcastle and marked Alan Shearer quite often. His push up into the box also resulted in Fulhams only goal. He did look rusty at times, but that is to be expected from someone who hasn't played a match in 2 months and is thrown into a heated battle in the middle of the EPL season. That fact alone shows that Bocanegra was not signed to warm the bench.

True, but he will have alot of competition from Goma, Knight, Pierce, Volz, etc. for the starting spot. I've got my fingers crossed for him, and want to see him kick some booty. I think the competition will only make him better.
