Default Southampton/Arsenal

Though the match was brutal and Arsenal should have been up by three, I am amzed at the heart of the Saints team. Never stopped running, solid defense. Arsenal was stronger, taller and faster - but solid position kept the Saints in the game.

This was the first time I've seen Viera - he was a foot taller than anyone on the Saints.

They're scrappy though. And usually I hate scrappy. THey just did not seem to be able to get the last pass off without getting completely wrapped up.

It was fun to see them get in the Gunner's keepers head, though. If keepers win leagues, Arsenal will not finish in first.
