Question for you all regarding team uniforms. Companies like Nike and Adidas (all for that matter) use their sponsored team for most of their designs on team uniforms. For example I just saw that Nike is coming out with a jersey that looks like the current Man Utd kit.
My question is would be a good idea to look outside the teams they have? Of course Nike could create a Chelsea kit or Adidas create a Brazil one, but what about other sports? I just played in an indoor tournament and one of the teams wore the newest North Carolina Basketball jerseys. not my cup of tea exactly but the design did look pretty sharp and with a couple tweaks (sleeves for one), it could make a cool team jersey.
