Question Lyon - PSG [R]

I watched the last 40 minutes or so of this match on FSW. In about the middle of the second half, there was an injury, and the ref wound up showing a green card.

I've never seen a green card shown before. Can anyone explain it? I did not see any reference in the FIFA laws of the game.

when the referee shows the green card it means that the medical team is allowed to come into the field
