CL Final 16 Draw (What doesn't kill us makes us stronger)
Stuttgart v Chelsea
FC Porto v Man Utd
Real Sociedad v Lyon
Celta Vigo v Arsenal
Bayern Munich v Real Madrid
Sparta Prague v AC Milan
Deportivo v Juventus
Lokomotiv Moscow v Monaco
Obviously the least favorable draw possible for us, but for Bayern the mission every year is to win the CL. If we can't beat Real then we weren't going to do it.
So, let's hope the ship can be righted over the next two months and we take it to the so-called Galacticos.

I don't think this is the worst case scenario. With Real as our opponents we will play with a more carefree relaxed attitude. With nothing to lose, Bayern may end up playing more free flowing , effective football. Plus, their recent record against Madrid has been excellent. I would be more worried about getting paired up with Monaco who Bayern should clearly beat. Our players do not respond to expectations. With Real, if we lose, the team will simply say there is no shame in losing to the best.

i have to agree, the pressure is on real not on fcb.
without the stress maybe they will be able to relax and play a little more flowing football.

If we lose, better to go out against Real Madrid. But the chances really are 50/50 only because it's RM.

Real has a crappy defense. And now with Bayern's defense finally improving, and with the 3-forward attack, Bayern might actually have a chance. They might be able to absorb all the pressure, then score on quick counter attacks.

This is a good thing. This is what I had hoped for. Always a classic matchup. It's do or die time. Stuttgart-Chelsea ain't bad either.

This is an OK draw for us, I think. If we lose no one will be disappointed or suprised because of our opponents. If we win the opposite will happen.
