Fifa have announced that Carlos Tevez is ineligible to play for Boca Juniors in the December 14th Intercontinental Cup against AC Milan.
The ruling came down after the striker pulled out of Argentina’s Under-20 World Championship side with a knock.
"The Argentines have been warned,” declared Fifa president Sepp Blatter. “Boca will not take part in the Intercontinental Cup if Tevez plays."
"The rules are very clear; if a player pulls out of an international tournament then he cannot be fielded at club level during the same period."

He's 100% clear now. FIFA cleared Tevez with AFA, and AFA did the same with the player.
Check the Boca -milan thread.
