Re: Teams Playing in CFU 2009
Early 2009. Not sure exact dates or the place the games will take place.
Last year all games were played in Trinidad and Tobago.
The top three teams qualify to the 2009 Concacaf Champions League.
I heard somewhere that San Juan Jabloteh was the T&T Champion this year.
Can someone comfirm? Who is the 2nd team?
How about Jamaica?

Bermuda: PHC Zebras, North Village
Cayman Islands: Scholars FC, Latinos FC
Cuba: Cienfuegos, Ciudad de la Habana
French Guiana: ASC Le Geldar, US Matoury
Grenada: 5 rounds to play, Eagles Super Strikers lead by 2 points from Carib Hurricane, who are 2 points ahead of Fontenoy United
Guadeloupe: Evolucas Lamentin, Étoile Morne-à-l'Eau
Haiti: 10 rounds to be played, plus super 8: Baltimore SC and Tempête lead by 3 points from Don Bosco
Jamaica: Portmore United, Tivoli Gardens

The runner up, the semi-finals losers, and the Islanders were scheduled to play a group tournament for the 2nd berth for Puerto Rico.
All teams other than the Islanders withdrew before the tournament started (issues with availability of players, money to support the Concacaf run, etc.) and the group tournament was cancelled.
The 2nd berth group tournament for 2009 will be played next year with the same 4 teams, during the regular season for the 2010 CFU. The PRSL Champion next year will get the 1st berth.

Isn't it two teams per country?
Could Tivoli Gardens give up their spot to Harbour View?
