The FA is apparently going to investigate an "incident" that occurred in the tunnel following the game Saturday. Unsure what exactly happened, as no one is talking, but the BBC is saying that match referee Steve Dunn is going to be making a report on this to the FA.

Apparently, Dave Jones is also upset at exactly how Middlesbrough scored their first goal. I didn't see/hear the match, but here is a description of the events, from the BBC

-Foul called on Lee Naylor, for a challenge on Danny Mills.
-As Mills gets up, he gets in Naylor's face. Ince, and 1 or 2 other players go over to prevent the situation from escalating.
-While this is happening, Dunn whistles the restart, Boro take a quick free kick and score. After the goal, Mills apparently taunts Naylor "in a manner similar to Alpay taunting David Beckham" (from the Wolves site) Mills is booked before play restarts.

If the referee signals that the ball is ready to be played, I'm not sure Wolves have much to be upset about, though I do see the argument. It'll be interesting to see the highlights on this one.
