So what Caribbean countries have been travelling the globe playing friendly matches? Jamaica and Trinidad... that is about it.
Funny the article only mentions Jamaica. How about that....
Give it a rest Warner.

Why cut funding?
Is Joe Public in finacial trouble? Does [i]Herr[i] Wanker and his children need a new Mercedes fleet?

Jamaica is the only one mentioned, but does anyone else find it odd that Warner is doing this to the countries that seemingly support him the most? Those small Carribean islands. Or is this seen as mainly Warner vs. Jamaica?

Maybe they're not buying the TV rights from his company.

Wow. I wonder what Warner's psychophants did to send him on the war path. Is this some sort of revenge for people actually being concerned about him funneling dollars to his cronies for the youth championships? What a mo. Warner's gotta go.

It's a Jamaican newspaper, hence the parochial interest

Here is the story from the CONCACAF website. If you read it Warner does make some good points. Not sure why the other article only talked about Jamaica as the CONCACAF one does not mention them.
Of course Jack does have this to say about Trinidad.
"In my native country we now have four brand new sports stadia, superior to many that exist in other more developed countries. I am confident that some bright entrepreneur will eventually "add two and two" and realize that the stadia in Trinidad and Tobago along with our geographic location as a gateway from North America and Europe to the South American continent, offers unique possibilities for sports tourism especially in football."

Oh, all I saw was Agence France-Presse, and I assumed it was just a generic article.
Oh well...

Those stadiums were done for for the 2001 U-17's that were hosted by Trinidad.
Talk about an arrogant bastard.
