Re: Gianfranco Zola
Bad choice IMO...not enough experience.
I don't think it's official yet, though.

Yeah he'll most likely suffer. But win or lose, it's experienced gained.

Re: Gianfranco Zola
I think he'll do well, he knows the English game from his years playing in the Premiership, he also has a few ex-team-mates managing in England or that have experience in managing in England (Di Matteo, Mark Hughes, Ruud Gullit and Gianluca Vialli) as well as Gus Poyet and Dennis Wise in influential positions within clubs, so there should be plenty of support there for him. I think he might have a hard time until January when he can bring in one or two of his own players but West Ham have a few quality players in their squad so he should find himself mid-table by Christmas I would think. I think next season should really show us what he is made of once he has settled in and brought in a few new faces and hopefully got rid of some of the dead-wood.

Re: Gianfranco Zola
West Ham lost 3-2 against West Bromwich Albion. It was only his debut but he is sticking to his philosophy.

Re: Gianfranco Zola
I never saw Gianfranco Zola as a boss, but I hope he succeeds at West Ham
