    Cool.

I will be missing out on this one.

    ------------------Cavalieri-----------------
    Degen------Agger--------Hobbs---Aurelio
    Pennant-----Lucas-------Plessis-----Babel
    --------------Pacheco---Kuyt---------------

If I get half of those right I will be happy :p

i would imagine dossen does get a start, since he did look quite lost at times last match. he needs playing time to get used to the system so he should start. Hyypia should also start, he hasn´t played much and we need everyone up and running for the new season.

I'm looking forward to this one, especially seeing how the boys in red handle the likes of Kaka and Lucio. :D Berlin are in a transition period, they have a coach who is very youth and attacking oriented.

man I am excited for this even though it's only a pre-season friendly.

I guess they don't call this the dog days of summer here in the US for no reason - got nothing happening, work is slow, and no other sports happening.

So thankful for Euro 2008 earlier (though I am equally annoyed by the olympics since it costs us 3 first team players)

The Liverpool team in full: Cavalieri, Darby, Insua, Agger, Carragher, Plessis, Mascherano, Pennant, Leto, Pacheco, Voronin. Subs: Martin, Dossena, Hyypia, Skrtel, Degen, Benayoun, Kuyt, Spearing, Hobbs.

    Looks like

    ---------Cavi
    Darby ---Carra-Agger----Insua
    Pennant----Mash--Plessis--Leto
    --------Pacheco---Voro

Slow start. Teams are feeling each other out, but Pennant has been lively and making runs.

Commentator mentioned Pecheco is only 5'6! Hertha right back good shot from outside the box, goes slightly wide left post.

Herta has another shot from long range, its a harmless daisy cutter, Cav handles it easily.
