Default City fans: Say hello to your Daddy

City fans, I want to introduce you to your new daddy:

He will immediately step in and become your field general. He will give you the guidance, stability and maturity that you need for a top 5 finish in the Premiership.

You will call him Captain America and you will worship him, and in return he shall lead you to the promised land.

Pah...he's a cheap replacement for berkovic.
If Eyal does mean it that he wants to stay, then if Reyna comes all he will do is swop places with him on the bench

Man City has gladly put Eyal on the transfer block for a whopping......1 million pounds. No takers yet. Reyna is twice the player of Berkovic, and Man City are thrilled to make that exchange.

Yea, talk to Peter Reid, he'll back you up.

Give me a break. A good player? Yes. A top five team leader?? Hahahahaha...

Come back and we'll talk after the game on Dec. 28 when Reyna cleans Gerrard's clock. Of course, you'll probably be so depressed by that time about Liverpool hanging 2 points above the relegation zone that you won't show your Captain America-hateah mug.

I hope he's benched when City play Blackburn back in Manchester. Coupled with Brad Friedel, the awesomeness factor might make the stadium implode.

Reyna is a good centre-mid.

He's no Roy Keane
He's no Patrick Vieira
He's no Steven Gerrard
He's no Jermaine Jenas

My point is that he's not that kind of mid that can GET YOU the ball and bring it up. These are the players that make teams get into Europe, especially the Champions League.

I agree a good mid fielder good at making the smart pass but not the dynamic player who will dominate a game. But maybe we will be pleaseantly surprised. I just hope for the sake of the US Nats that he gets time in the squad.
