UPDATE: Internazionale have signed veteran midfielder Tomas Locatelli from Siena. Terms of the contract were not disclosed, as reported by Goal.com.

ANALYSIS: The signing of Locatelli is simply a politically-oriented move because Inter have often been criticized for their lack of Italian players. There will be new Champions League rules instituted next year where each team will be required to have at least four players who are the same nationality as their club, which has caused Inter to change their signing tactics.
