GENTLEMEN (and LADIES)
In March 2003 Mr. Phillip SHARP, the A/R who was with Hugh DALLAS in the USA v. Germany World Cup game is going to be the "guest speaker" at our Referee Society Meeting for that month.
If there are any questions that you would like me to put on your behalf about that match, then feel free to furnish me with them!

March is a long ways off, so you might want to repost this closer to then, but I would first congratulate him on an excellent World Cup performance. I truly believe he was the top AR at the World Cup.

As far as questions go, I'm sure the two questions that most Americans will want to know the answers to are:

1) What happened on the Reyna incident? One of the cautions was changed later due to mistaken identity, was it due to miscommunication or did he just misidentify the culprit?

2) What was his role in the now infamous goal line incident?
