When Bayern changed their website it took a few weeks until the changes incorporated an English version. The Bundesliga site wasn't changed too long ago, so maybe we are witnessing the lag rather than a permanent shutdown.

You've probably tried this already, but try running it through Alta Vista's translation system ( http://world.altavista.com/sites/gbe...babelfish/trns ). It's not a perfect translation but you can get the gist of what is being said.
Oh, btw, make sure you start at http://www.bundesliga.de, if you try the English language Bundesliga link it dosen't seem to work.

I got the answer today, they say:
"We know that there are users who are missing the English content. Unfortunately the effort to create the English content is in no good relation to the factual number of users. At the moment we're doing without English content, which doesn't exclude that at some point there'll be a good moment to re-introduce it. At the moment this topic can't be dealt differently."
