Default Juninho Injury shocker!!

He has damaged his cruciate ligaments We are still not sure how badly yet. Im considering suicide

Just saw this on the BBC website. That has to royally suck. I was looking forward to some great things from Juninho.

Any idea on how long he might be out.

Unfortunate turn of events... Juninho seems to have horrible fortune with injury... the timing is always the worst. Always he recovers but he certainly ins't the most reliable, albeit it's really no fault of his own. Remember pre-WC 1998, he was dealt something similar and his first spell with Boro and Madrid were marred.

your right..except it was his second spell...but anyway..


it looks as if christmas at the least...

im really gutted

everything looked so promasing until this

but we still have good players and hopefully when he comes back he can give us something extra after christmas to push for europe

'Serious' injury for Juninho

Middlesbrough were dealt a massive blow yesterday when World Cup winner Juninho was ruled out of the start of the season with a cruciate ligament injury. The 29-year-old Brazilian damaged his left knee in Saturday's friendly with Italian side Modena in Mantova...
