Defender Unai Vergara from Villareal is being linked with the club. Apparently he will join a training camp in Malta
Also Fouseni Diawara (defender) and Ibrahim Ba (midfielder) are having trials.

Maybe I'm imagining but I thought I read where N'Gotty was going to slide over to center and a youngster was going to take his outside spot.

Young Nicky Hunt (Pointless info: We went to the same primary school and I was in the same year as his sister) is a promising right back but Ngotty has not performed too well when he's been at centre back, he gets caught out too often. I'd much prefer to bring someone in at CB and keep Hunt as the second choice Right back.
So far it looks like we're trialing centre backs and rejecting them almost as fast as we're bringing them in.
