A good game, some very good flowing moves.

Kevin Nolan is back, that boy's been working hard and he was by far the man of the match. He scored two and worked tirelessly in midfield.

Kevin Davies. Some good touches and his positioning was excellent. He found the goal in the second half. My only concern is that he's heavy, very heavy and I'm not sure who I'd have up front; him or Pedersen.

Jonny Walters: Proof that the FA's scouting network is ************. This lad is 19 and should be in the England U20 but no, the cockney twats missed the boat on this one (as they often do) and he's declared for Ireland. He looked lively but took one of the worst penalties ever seen.

Charlie Platt (Aka Rene Bolf) looked okay, didn't have much to do. Made a couple of good tackles but I'm not sure if he's Premiership quality. The club disguised his name as they've done before to stop other clubs taking a look at him. He's a Czech international central defender and he's on trial here for a few days.

Everyone else performed well, except Farrelly who was ************.

Real Mallorca on 6/8/03, I hope they provide a tougher test than the Scum's feeder club.
