I am sure you all know that at times I get fed up with the amount of stupid questions I get. But those of you who are requesting tickets have got to understand that this is not my occupation. I got a call from a US number at 3am Friday morning asking a damm question. Enough is enough.

I am now restricting the time I do on tickets to 1 hour per day Monday to Friday. If your request doesn't get answered quickly - this is why. If you ask too many questions where the answers can be found elsewhere (90% of cases) then you are slowing up everyone else's ticket stuff. If you keep on asking why I haven't asked you for payment it's because I get so many damm PM's and e-mails like that I don't have time to do a payment PM. Just so you know, it takes about an hour to do one payment PM. I have to look at how many pairs, singles etc of tickets I have then match them to the requests. i then have to alter the ticket payment site to fit in with the tickets I have for the game. I then have to write out a PM requesting payment giving all the information. This takes time.

4 years ago when this started we had 2 or 3 people coming to every game and I could answer questions and take the time. It has come to the point and gone way past it where I can't do this any more. I have tried to be poliete and helpful and set up aa tickets where others answer questions. Yet I still get sms's, e-mails, phone calls and and PM's more or less every day.

There are other people to contact - it's obvious from this forum who knows about tickets and who doesn't. Ask them. I feel that some people think they want an answer from me sometimes just because it's me. From now on they will have to be satisfied with aa tickets/HighburyGoon/BigHorn/DallasGooner/BiggSkizz/any other of the many people who are able to help.

I am sorry if this sounds harsh - but you try and do this and find time for it all.

The most important thing to know is this: if you have posted on the ticket thread because you have been told you can or posted before July 19th your tickets are GUARRANTEED. End of story. Thats all you need to know. I will ask you for payment as soon as I can but DO NOT think you don't have tickets. You do.

Just to add to what Rick said, to have a better chance of getting your question answered quicker PM aa tickets. Five of us check the PM box on a daily basis so it will be answered quicker than sending it to one of us. If you haven't got a response or its something that I can answer specifically (meets etc) and you haven't heard anything from aa tickets within a reasonable timespan, PM myself or HighburyGoon/BigHorn/Dallas Gooner etc.

Just so people know - the turnaround time where you should be waiting to receive an answer instead of chasing everyone about is 4 days. If the question relates to a game in that week - chase, I understand.
