My buddy is an internet streaming master. He's streaming the Fox Sports Espanol telecast. Here's how you watch it..... 1. Go to http://www.sopcast.org/ and download the SopCast player 2. After it is installed, login anonymously (or you can register if you like but I wouldn't worry about it) 3. Click on the "Channels" tab 4. There are 4 blue buttons in a row near the top. Click on the one farthest to the right. It looks like an arrow pointing downwards. You'll get a pop up menu. Select "Channel ID" which will sort the channels but their number. 5. Now click on the button that is second from the right. It looks like a circular arrow. It will refresh the channel list. Be aware that sometimes it takes SopCast about 2-3 minutes for the refresh to actually occur. So be patient on this step. 6. After it refreshes, find channel 32286. It is also called "TerpSports". It will be near the bottom of the list. Double click on it, and you should be good to to. Be aware that we are actually going to be watching a live feed of his TV and he will likely change channels at half time. You'll be stuck with that, but he will be back for the second half without fail. Don't sweat it if he starts doing that. Good luck. Let me know if it works.
This would be sweet. The stream is indeed working. He has the channel locked onto the NFL Network. I'm assuming he'll change it when game time arrives. Thanks a lot.
Yeah, it is for me too. But don't worry about it. At least you can see and hear it. We'll work on fixing the audio for next time.
That wont happen. It doesn't work that way really. Unless you're sharing your own signal with other people then it could happen to just you. Last week we had hundreds (if not thousands) of Maryland fans watching the Maryland-Wake Forest football game and it was fine. No worries.
Your friend is awesome... you are awesome... I seriously couldn't imagine staying awake til 11:30 to see this... but I would've!
