I believe all depends on how France and Scotland play Ukraine. Ukraine destroyed Scotland in Kyiv, so they are a real threat to both opponents. Italy has already defeated Ukraine twice, so, in my opinion, they have an easier schedule remaining. Scotland have the toughest and France have better pedigree. I say Italy and France advance, while Scotland drop all the way to fourth.

Well, that's assuming France don't lose to Ukraine. A Scotland draw and a France loss = France are out!
