Is the difference between this page by themegle.com and a regular Google page just the graphic?

If you click on "About" it says,

"Themegle Soccer USA" is a Google custom search engine which is powered by Google. Now you can have the power of Google search with your favorite theme as your homepage!

So it is just a way to have a cool soccer graphic whenever you need to go to Google to do a search.

Yeah I guess it just represent people's support and values. It's basically having a wallpaper on the Google page. looks better than the google logo though!

I've used few at work
