It's perhaps official that Hong Myung Bo and Seo Jung Won will be taking over Pim.

[Two of Korea's Legendary Players] Seo Jung Won and Hong Myung Bo

Perhaps this might be a good combo since Myung Bo = Legendary Defender and Seo Jung Won = Legendary Forward in Korea.

    What do you guys think?

Seo has actually be acting playing coach in Austria for a while now.

Wasn't there talk that Seo Jung-won was being brought to Daejeon by Kim Ho as a playing-coach? Is he going to do both, or just the Olympic team?

One thing for sure, they will definitely have the team's attention.

Living Legends as coaches? Cmon now...

and there are also cases where good players did become good coaches.. I don't see why this would hurt.

    Two legends as co-head coaches.

    I hope the formula works.

It will answer Koreano's desire for a domestic coach.

Also these two have a lot of experience as player.

Is Seo Jung Won better than Hwang Sun Hong because I remember Hwang Sun Hong is the better goal poacher?

First, I'd like to point out by saying that this is a bi+chslizap to Kim Ho's face. Seo Jung-won publicly refused to accept a coaching job at Daejeon because he wanted to stay in Austria since he'll be recieving a EU passport given he stays 2 more years. Then he accepts the U23 job.

Second, I'd like to point out that this is a bi+slizap to my face because there is no way in hell are these two idiots qualified to coach. I honestly doubt that Hong MB has any sort of legitimiate liscense from the KFA or the AFC. Normally, coaches representing any nation in Asia must have an "A" liscense given out by the AFC or its equivalent, the "S" liscense given out by the JFA. Of course these are just guidelines and any FA can simply ignore it, based on precedent. But here's the thing. They don't have any sort of record to prove their worthiness.

I'll trust Hong MB or Seo JW once they take control of a K2/K3 side and promote them to the K or they take over a shite K side and win the K-League. Bottomline, these guys are just cool "hyungs."

Their great players but we're scraped bottom of barel. They got no real head coach experiense and they werent asst coaches for long neither

Maybe they'll work out but I doubt it, we're gonna get outcoach while these guys get experiense

I'm not sure how I feel about this... but I'm tired of all the coach changing. Pim should have stayed.

The current Busan coach Park Sung Hwa and ex U-20 coach in 2005 has been selected as Pim successor in taking charge of the Olympic team. Seems like he will either quit his current post as manager of Busan after only signing with them a month ago or do a double.

    http://sports.media.daum.net/nms/soccer/news/general/view.do?cate=23758&newsid=125138

Myung Bo will be saved for later, which was a good idea. He lacks experience as coach so it would be likely that he would be Park Sung Hwa's assistant.

One positive of him being the manager is that he will be very familiar with the players he worked with in the U-20 team as they are currently in the Olympic team. Hopefully, we can see some new faces as well.
